Refund and Cancellation Policy – Elecload India
Customer satisfaction is key to us. Below is our transparent refund and cancellation process:
- Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by writing to support@elecload.com or via your account dashboard.
- If the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer applicable.
- Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- Item is out of stock or discontinued post-payment
- Wrong item received (must be reported within 48 hours with photo proof)
- Damaged product on delivery (unboxing video is mandatory)
- Pre-dispatch cancellation
- Refund Timelines:
- Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days
- Amount reflects in source account within 7–10 business days depending on the bank/payment method
- No Refund Cases:
- Opened or used products
- Missing original packaging or invoice
- Products with specifications clearly mentioned and misunderstood by buyer
- Cut-length or customized orders
