Refund and Cancellation Policy – Elecload India

Customer satisfaction is key to us. Below is our transparent refund and cancellation process:

  1. Order Cancellation:
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by writing to support@elecload.com or via your account dashboard.
  • If the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer applicable.
  1. Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
  • Item is out of stock or discontinued post-payment
  • Wrong item received (must be reported within 48 hours with photo proof)
  • Damaged product on delivery (unboxing video is mandatory)
  • Pre-dispatch cancellation
  1. Refund Timelines:
  • Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days
  • Amount reflects in source account within 7–10 business days depending on the bank/payment method
  1. No Refund Cases:
  • Opened or used products
  • Missing original packaging or invoice
  • Products with specifications clearly mentioned and misunderstood by buyer
  • Cut-length or customized orders
