How long does it takes to process the Order ?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You will receive your order anywhere rom 5-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed

If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Kindly allow additional days in transit for delivery. Items that are on back order will be shipped out as soon as they become available.

Not all Shipping Methods are available for all Shipping Addresses or certain items.

What about International Shipping ?

We will not ship an order internationally without your prior approval and payment of the final shipping charges. Due to the daily fluctuation in exchange rates, all quotes will be given in US Dollars. Shipping costs do not include duty, tax, or brokerge fees. International Order are shipped only when all ordered items are in-stock to eliminate a second shipping charge. All goods are shipped duties and taxes collect and Elecload India is not reponsible for customs, duties, taxes, broker fees, nor any return shipping.

Deliveries are made from 9am to 9pm on Monady – Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What if I want to Return / Replace my Purchase ?

If you are not satisfied with your Elecload India Purchase of a product, you claim or Return or Refund from us.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 10 calendar days of your purchase. The Product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professional will Inspect it and process your refund. The money wil be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 Calendar Days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
